The business is named after my grandfather, who homesteaded in Nevada’s Carson Valley in the late 1950s—a place I’ve always loved for its wide-open beauty and the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada mountains. This community and landscape have shaped who I am, and they’re a big part of what inspired this venture.
